•Responsible for $3.5B of laboratory, academic, medical, housing, correctional, infrastructure and general government projects •Sustainability, Energy Management, Commissioning and LEED Integration •Facilitator for Value Engineering and cost reconciliation. •Implemented County ADA Transition Plan for over 2,000,000 square feet of facilities located from Roseville to Tahoe City. •Architectural design of over 7,000,000 square feet of commercial, industrial and institutional projects.
