Andrew Moey, Assistant Deputy Director, County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works
Andrew Moey is an Assistant Deputy Director at County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works. He has been with the County for 19 years and he led projects ranging from the County’s Senate Bill 1953 program, the Martin Luther King, Jr. Inpatient Tower and Multiservice Ambulatory Care Center projects, MLK Center for Public Health, High Desert Regional Health Center, Various Mental Health Clinics, Restorative Care Villages and the Harbor-UCLA Surgery/Emergency Replacement projects. Under his leadership, the County developed four County hospital master plans. Mr. Moey graduated from the University of Oregon and he is a licensed architect with over 39 years’ experience. Prior to joining the County, Mr. Moey managed hospital projects for Kaiser Permanente and worked at various architecture firms designing airports, health, hospitality and naval sports facilities.
